Amazing spot, walked 2km to get here from the highway, but lots of cars here due to a toll station and they stop for that and also toilets here. Very good spot

Two guys hitchhiking with a sign Nice and got ride to Toulon. We were hitchhiking little before roundabout after the bus stop. There is two lanes so some cars may drive past you even though they could give you ride. Same happened to us, but driver decided to circle back to us from the roundabout.

from Toulon,there is a bus for 2 € to st. tropez. and also 2 euro from st tropez to st raphael

Hard place to start tramping there cause moste cars are lokal.
An der Ampel Fahrer ansprechen klappt, allerdings sind sie meist nur für wenige km auf der Autobahn.
Pas très bien pour faire du stop. Beaucoup de voitures sont locales...

in theory, there's plenty of space for cars to stop, but when i was there, this space was used as a parking lot. i think, the city didn't help too much either...

Nowhere suitable for cars to stop anywhere around here. High traffic, but no stopping lanes. Very difficult to hitch east from Toulon

Direction : Marseille, Aix-en-Provence.
The spot is before the entrance to the highway A50.
There is enough space for cars to stop. To go there, walk from the city centre for 45min/ 1h. There is also a bus station just near this place.
The spot is after a traffic lights so when the light is red, people in car have time to see you. Use a sign to help.
I got a ride to Aix-en-Provence in 15 minutes.
